ar_key Posted September 12, 2007 Author Share Posted September 12, 2007 New York Yankees Series Recap Game 1 - The game starts when Wang left the game in 7th inning Chien-Ming Wang pitched senseationally over 7 innings, struckout ten batters and when he left game in seventh inning, Yankees leads 6-1, but Luis Vizcaino from bullpen allowed 4 runs in 0.0 innings pitched to let the Devil Rays back to the game. In ninth inning blasts solo homerun,his first of the season, Reggie Willits to tied the game. But Brian Bannister and J.P.Howell dont hold and in 13 inning Derek Jeter homers for 3 RBI and this was end of my hopes to win the game... Brian Bannister left the game with an injury and is on 60-day disable list. Micah Owings take his place in bullpen. He pitched very well, in 5.1 IP he struckout 6 batters and got 3 ER. In eight inning Tim Lincecum earned 3 straight solo homeruns and it was my end Match highlights: Match Stats Game 28 Game 4 - Game totally under control of Roger Clemes In series final game was clear from first inning who will win this game. Roger Clemens was excellent, he allowed no run and struckout three batters. Jon Lester wasnt sharp again and i will probably made some trades to bring some experience into my starting pitchers.
