Smuggly Posted March 26, 2009 Author Share Posted March 26, 2009 still can't get this thing to work after following the directions to drag to the decompress.exe all I get ar two files with the .bin after them and then there is no way to go from there! Sharpshooter Posted March 26, 2009 Share Posted March 26, 2009 Now open the iff editor and open the .iff file you just decompressed. You should be able to see the images. Play with the group number on the left side etc. When you see an image to mod, save it. You will be prompted to save it as .png .bmp etc. Go to your Photoshop or whatever program you use. Make changes and save it. When you're done, go back to the iff editor, which should still be open to the image you just saved. Drag and drop your image "over the open image inside your iff editor". I'm going off the top of my head here, but I think I got everything. I would love to mod myself, but Photoshop is overwhelming for me without a tutorial.
