GelSound Posted March 30, 2009 Share Posted March 30, 2009 I have been using the XBOX 360 controller on the PC to play MVP 2005 but some of the button will not map properly can anyone suggest a work around or a controller (preferably USB) that will work with the game. gobluen07 Posted March 30, 2009 Share Posted March 30, 2009 Try using XBCD,I think that's what its called, but its a button mapper for 360 controllers. Don't know how well it works on mvp though. Honestly if you have the extra dough just get a logitech dual action controller. They are pretty cheap too, I got mine at walmart for like 18 bucks and it works perfectly. I couldn't get it to work hardly at all on the MLB 2k9 until I remapped all the buttons to where they belong. yankseagles Posted April 1, 2009 Share Posted April 1, 2009 Xbox 360 controller works great for me with XBCD except for the relay throw, I'm used to Button 6 (R1) from PS2 days, but it does the fake throw thing. Its no biggie though, I have it set to Button 12(R2).
