polly Posted April 24, 2009 Share Posted April 24, 2009 Hi: I've started a new Franchise but can't substitute a player - if I need a faster base runner for instance, no can do because the substitution menu is always grayed out. When I first got MLB2K9 a few weeks ago and started it for the first time it wasn't grayed out and I was able to substitute... but not now. Is there something that should be off when its on or vica versa... Anyone got an answer to this - woul;d be appreciated as its no fune playing if you can't sub. JustinMorneau Posted April 26, 2009 Share Posted April 26, 2009 u also can't change during play (obviously) or during cut scenes or if u have the coach's clipboard or whatever on. if you can't sub using the main menu u might try pressing down on coach's clipboard (d-pad i think) and sub using that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
