MetsFanatik1971 Posted May 4, 2004 Share Posted May 4, 2004 Alot of people are having problems installing the new 2nd patch..getting patch errors and are being told to re-install the game...Can I copy all of my stadium mods and uniform mods etc. to another folder before I reinstall and replace after I reinstall the game a 2nd time..will that work? Jim825 Posted May 4, 2004 Share Posted May 4, 2004 I believe that you'll only have problems installing the patch if you have modified default rosters (i.e. those which have modified the .DAT files in the mvp baseball 2004 / data directory like Kerm's files) or a player progression mod (I believe it updated rookie.big). I did not have either of these, but I did have modified stadiums, bats, balls, shoes, etc. and I was able to install the patch just fine without overwriting these files with the defaults, installing the patch, and then reinstalling the mods.
