Then there is something (I forget what it is called right now) that lets you transfer files from your computer to your console system. Gameshark or something like that. Welcome to the website. Beth...I do not believe that any mods were made for the 2k9 game for the Xbox 360. They are for the PC version, which you should have because there are a lot of mods for that.
