Now the game won't start! ;-{

I'm running Windows 10 64 it OS on a computer I've had the game running on for YEARS!  I did a completely CLEAN reinstall of 2K12 and the ONLY download I have tried is the 2K12 patch.  I double click on the game icon and you see the little disc spinning symbol but nothing happens.  I also have 2K11 and that one CAN'T WAIT to start up and run!  A little assistance, if yo please...………  🙂
