Ctf292 Posted March 26, 2022 Share Posted March 26, 2022 i am having an issue loading my .dds files for 2 dodgers player bellinger and trea turner to update their portraits . im using a 514x514 document in gimp and literally have done all the steps including the bc3 compression and generating mipmaps. codys ID number IS 8229 i attached bellingers photo below which is in a zip file that i import to TIT4 and processes sucessfully it just doesnt show up when in game as overwriting the old. Can anyone let me know if theres something im doing wrong. seems like most people can get .dds files to load 8229.dds Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When you're creating your portraits in GIMP, are you remembering to add a transparency layer and then deleting the blank / white default layer? All portraits should be 341kb in size. mbowkett1978 Posted March 27, 2022 Share Posted March 27, 2022 Also a little tip, for easy portraits type in Joe Blow (player's name of course) ESPN or Joe Blow YAHOO into Chrome Images.
