lemdad Posted 7 hours ago Author Share Posted 7 hours ago Well I finally got it fixed about 5 minutes after I posted the question. If anyone else is having this problem there is a post in the mvp 2005 forum that had problems with smoothness playing on windows 10 or 11. In the .rar file he posted at the end of his discussion is directx 9 files that I extracted to the game folder, and what do you know it's playing at regular speed. Hope this might help someone else if they have the same problem after applying the patches.
