Well, it would seem that you should be able to extract the bitmaps from the .fsh files and past them over the images in the .xsh files. However, I tried this for some A's jerseys and it locks up.

I'm going to try a few other jersey sets and see what I can come up with. Whatever uniforms you use on the XBox, they must use a number set that is already in the game. That way you can just rename the file and package it with whatever new uniform you are putting it on. The number and letter images are swizzled on the Xbox .xsh files.

I wonder if the diminsions of the graphic files have anything to do with it.

I'm finding that alot of the uniform mods for the PC have bmp that are half the size of their Xbox counterparts. Even in the 2X files, they are this way. Does the size of the BMP matter, or does the game just shrink it to skin it over whatever model it is covering?
