I agree: Sounds realistic your prediction.

The Starting-Lineup is fueled with power!!!

Bench is ok

Rotation is average [schmidt is definetely the Leader; nice to try on some young-guns]

Bullpen is very strong

J.C. Romero is more a kind of a Setup-Man; and Ugueth Urbina is more a closer, just switch them around.

Sorry, that was me :D Forget to log in...

Romero is "lights out" in his first 4 Appearances...He will get a lot of "Holds" for you and can pitch out of jams; in Real Baseball he is very quick ready in the Pen, thats a big advantage for Ron Gardenhire.

Urbina hasn't found is rythym yet,0-1 Record; 0 of 1 Saves, 9.00 ERA; with the Tigers he is only a Setup-Man also, because Troy Percival will be the regular closer for them.

You can check out the free-agent or trading market as well? Which closers are still availabe? Urbina and Romero are both this season no closers, Urbina has been a great closer the last couple of years[World Champion with the Marlins, then terrific as a Tiger]

You will enjoy pitching with Edwin Jackson this season. You should give him a changeup which he is developing in addition to his other pitches. In my 1st year of my dodgers dynasty he won the rookie of the year award, with a 15-6 record and an ERA below 3.

His stuff gets extremely nasty in his 2nd year, so he's a keeper.

Yeah, I just pitched by first game with him and his stuff is quite nasty. His 97 mph fastball is very nice.

You can not simulate a season...I have to get the job for every hitter and pitcher on your own.

I think you need some batting practice 8) I am kidding, sorry...

I needed batting practice too, to get better at the plate.

But winning with your team is very simple: Try to pitch as tough as you can, then you will win a lot of games, neither with or without the big bats

Can you please post some fielding stats ?

If you continue pitching like that - no team has a chance against your guys!

Romero and Urbina are closers by commitee or what? I would prefer Urbina, but Romero is a great guy in MVP BB 2004 and 2005, so look at the batters from your opponent and then make a decision who will get the nod for the last 3 outs...

Romero is in real a pitcher, who is very fast ready in the pen, I guess that cant be simulated here in the game.

Wish you good luck 8)

Romero has pilled up a 1.08 ERA through the first 9 games of work in the "real" MLB 2005 Season...

He is a terrific set-up man!

In real he is a set-up man for sure...so use Urbina as your closer and Romero can come into the game in 6,7 or 8th Inning. He is a horse, he can clean up the damage from your starter or other relievers.

At the moment he is pitching in his 10th game; Twins-Royals 5-3 1 out 1 man on 1st, David DeJesus singled and he retired the next batter...then he is taken out for a righty...Mike Sweeney coming up vs. Juan Rincon!

Out no. 3 at the wall...so Romero gets another hold...ERA is 1.04
