Adjusting Grass Color

11 posts in this topic

I've always felt that the grass in this game is a little washed out. I'm in the process of adjusting the saturation and hue of the grass to better match the real stadiums. It's pretty subtle but I feel it adds a lot to the overall look to the stadiums. Here's a quick sample. The original grass is on top and the modded is on the bottom. As you can see, I'm also working on Minute Maid Park.

Very Nice work my bro, your right it is washed out, your new textures are top notch as always!

looking forward to this and your number fix, imo, those two are must haves for this game, and from your previews you have nailed both! :friends:

Dont have too many issues with the grass, but I do wish the dirt stayed wetter longer. Normally it doesn't lose its moisture until around the 4th or 5th inning.

agreed looks grate, washed out is one way to see it, but to me the grass org loks like its heat dried or in the fall time of year. say augest or later for referance. what you've makes look like early summer late srping
