About This File
Hello again. There are seven uniforms for the Pirates in this set. Several changes in this set too. Many parts of these uniforms have been reworked. I used very few files from my 2017 uniforms. I’ve been changing the way front buttons work since my lastest sets, but these black jerseys are perfect for this new effect. Also numbers font has been reworked to look less plastic, as in Cincinnati set. These are the uniforms:
- Home white uniform
- Road gray uniform with new ‘Pittsburgh’ Script
- Alternate black jersey home uniform
- New Alternate black jersey road uniform with new ‘Pittsburgh’ Script
- Alternate black pullover with yellow pants uniform (classic 1 slot)
- Alternate yellow pullover with black pants uniform (classic 2 slot)
- Alternate black pullover with black pants uniform (BPH slot)
Names tabs or patches have been removed. There are some changes in pullover uniforms caps. They can’t be pillbox shape, but I changed some elements to look less like common caps. I managed this time to make my own Stance socks, according to @pickelbrad models, and I introduced some others too. Pullovers don’t have Nike swoosh, since I have not seen 2020 versions of those jerseys, but the brand is still on the pants.
Please, remember to update the colors by importing "2020-UM-PiratesColors.txt" with MLB2K12 Roster Editor, in order to have the right colors for these.

This is 2022 maintenance update for my Pittsburgh Pirates MLB 2K12 uniform set. You will find the usual changes in this set, like green alpha channel fix and cooling mesh under the sleeves for current season uniforms. Some front buttons positions have been fixed too. In v2020, I found some problems in the color order of the numbers, mainly in both modern black jerseys. There are also two new uniforms in this 2022 update. I've replaced all black pullover uniform for The Negro Leagues Homestead Grays cream uniform in BPH slot. This is 2021, Nike branded, event version. In BPA slot, now you will find 1940 zipper jersey uniform. This one features a classic version of Pirates' Jolly Roger picture, instead any script on the chest and it's more like a vintage uniform, with old school accesories and a fantasy batting helmet that matches. Both are a step away from so much black and yellow in Pirates uniform options.
Since this is an updated version, original 2020 file has been removed.
