The rules will be much like the rules for the MLB Elimination Game thread we have in the Press Pass section: MLB Elimination Thread Add a point to one band and subtract a point from another. Only one post a day. I'll pick the 30 bands or people that are the most popular or influental. Don't Get made for my picks and I'll try not to be biased. They use dto be awseome, Nimrod and Dookie were excellent albums, reminiscent of the Clash. Now that thy're more popular, its very cool to hate them. I don't think you need both Black Sabbath and Ozzy as a solo. And if you need newer bands: Coheed & Cambria Kaddisfly The Mars Volta Glassjaw From Autumn to Ashes Alexisonfire Nightwish (Finnish Opera death metal ) And some older ones: Rush Iron Maiden Supertramp The Clash YES Electric Light Orchestra Dream Theatre Sex Pistols Iggy & The Stooges I'm not sure that a list of only 30 bands is the best idea. I can't satisfy everyone so just pick a band and add a point to them. You can't really call Green Day idiots though. Are you as rich and famous as they are?
