elduque
ty Hyman, Beta tester here if you need more testing Note: if someone doesn't see the difference, install one of KSM new Cameras files and you will see it for sure when you get an entire view of the stadium, looks amazing from the zeppelin like view he (KSM) uses for the select stadiums screens, just check it yourself. stEdfuNk
is this fixable?
krawhitham
Pirate, I know that you can change the number of mipmaps for ads0, but unfortunately I think that will cause crashing problems. You can get around the crashing by using gfshmgr gfshmgr will convert the cram32 into a bunch of *.dds and a text file take the ads0.dds run it through readdxt (converts it to one TGA file) take the TGA file and run it though nvdxt to create a new DDS with no mips edit the txt file created by gfshmgr to reflect no mips for ads0 use gfshmgr to rebuild the cram32 file
paulw
S.K. - It's just like it used to be :-) I hear you talking about stuff with Pirate and I'm absolutely clueless. It's great to see that my ordained "Dali Lama of OEdit" is still at it! I have to download this and try it out. I'm working on some collision bugs with SeanO right now on oldtime Yankee. hyman
stEdfuNk, That was a texture originally created by Y2K a few years ago and I thought he did a great job at that. The ad is lighted from behind and contains 6 sections, each surrounded by a black border. That is the effect you are seeing. I redid the ad in hi-res yesterday before I saw your post and had a very hard time re-creating the effects. Here is my new texture and a couple of shots of the real ad board in the stadium. Do you think I should just get rid of the lighting effects or leave it as is?

hyman
Good eye, kccitystar. The cranes are staying. I'll fix the rest. I "finished" the mod Friday evening and was going to test it out on Saturday morning before releasing it. Then, I turned on the game and saw that they changed the Bud Light and the Tyson ads, so its delayed until I can change them.
HardcoreLegend
Looks good. Some of your logos look 'stretched' but other than that, great.
hyman
I've uploaded the latest beta at http://home.comcast.net/~klasfeld/yankday.rar Its the same link as the first post in the thread, so you may have to clear your cache. The date should be 6/10/07. It's pretty much complete except for the new Bud Light and Tyson ads and I've made the fixes pointed out by kccitystar. I don't think the logos are stretched in this version. Please let me know if you find anything else.
hyman
The final version has been released. You can download it at http://mvpmods.com/Downloads/details/id=4074.html Enjoy the House that Ruth Built (and George rebuilt) in hi-res.

Kccitystar
One small thing but I don't think it's that important, the ads by the RF stands on the upper deck look sort of floating on the cutscenes for the 7th inning stretch
