It's blank. I don't know how to get it now. Maybe someone who already has it will show up and forward it to you. His mods can be found over at mlbmods.com It can be found in their Downloads section in a mod called "tywiggins assorted tools". *You have to register to Download. Try using a different browser to download it. Once downloaded, you will need a program called winrar to open it.
