Neither is a good solution. In the case of super juicers, er, superstars like Barry Bonds, if they're in AAA, the instant you start a Dynasty or Owner game, they'll be back in MLB. If they're on the FA list, they'll get picked up and on some random team in a heartbeat. The best way is really to just assume they're not injured.
