Hoop27 Posted February 25, 2006 Share Posted February 25, 2006 the sliders were designed to make the brown area a bit bigger. basically its setup so that the average player wont hang as many pitches. Now if you have a pitcher who has a lousy control rating (I have no idea what C. Wang's is) the green part will disapear faster even with the sliders. but you will notice with pitchers that have good control ratings will have the green area longer and a bigger brown area. The biggest thing is practice you will get to a point where you may only hang a couple of pitches a game and they shouldnt get knocked out of the yard automatically. bigbully Posted February 25, 2006 Share Posted February 25, 2006 ultimate rosters pitching attributes are kinda wacky. Some pitchers pitches are totally different than real life or EA's attributes.
