mcoll Posted August 25, 2012 Share Posted August 25, 2012 ive got a huge mod im putting together, but i have a couple questions. what compresses is soild and but going to give the best compression to use for it when im ready to pack it up and second do the compressor have the ability to set there compressed state limit size, meaning will make a limit of say 20mb, then start another file, than go on to the next and next one until it done it all, or only do certain compression programs have that kind control. mvp23 Posted August 25, 2012 Share Posted August 25, 2012 (edited) try 7-zip... it works really well. Someone did a comparison compression ratio of rar and 7-zip and 7-zip beat it by a mile.
