Help! Texture Editor not working.

When using kccitystar's texture editor, and attempting to open Dasteelerz's "2016 Comerica Park 1.1.5" I get an unhandled exception error "Non-Negative Number required"

You aren't going to be able to open any of his stadium files unless you use RedMC. RedMC allows for high res textures to be imported. However,  by using it you are required to continue to use RedMC for altering the file.

Any file modified using RED MC cannot be read by the texture editor.
