Just as long as it's that Jim and not your health. :)

My recovery is going very well. I had my 6 week post-op checkup yesterday (it’s actually been 7 weeks since my surgery) and everything looks good. I’m feeling good, I am driving again and I started working from home again last week. I go back into the office on Monday.

And we all are happy for that Jim :drinks:

Glad to hear that Jim! Just curious, any exercise recommended?

8/10, 32 seconds. Pretty happy today.

Mainly walking for now. I’m walking 1-1/2 to 2 miles each day. Once I get to 12 weeks after surgery, there are no more restrictions and I can start running again. I like to run 5K races and half marathons, and I am curious to see how I do with the new heart valve.

10 out of 10, 38 seconds. Forget it, just a lousy day time wise. You guys are again going to fly by it.

That is good Jim. It really is. With my arthritic knees I can not walk so good anymore.

8/10, 49 seconds. Terrible score, terrible time.

That's great news Jim. Me, personally, I never understood the appeal of 'running'. I mean, if there's a ball involved, like soccer or basketball, I'd run till I drop, but just running into an empty space just doesn't do it for me. Which is kind of strange because I do enjoy walking. Either by myself or with my dogs. My brother and sisters are all into running. I always tease my brother with 'You run bacause you can't fight'.

Y4L: Have you thought about swimming maybe? Moving in water might be good for you. I'm always a big proponent of movement. When you stop, your body tends do deteriorate faster. Just trying to look out for your health, I understand knee problems are a mess.

9 out of 10, 63 seconds. I don't care what my score was. These were tough questions today.

I appreciate any bit of advice. Thank you. I have a elliptical machine that I use that seems to help.
