I gave Karma the permission to update what I created with the correct ads and updated additions, like the suff behind the plate. I do not want fictional naked lady shower areas added to the outfield, I don't want anything added that is offensive, I don't want a fiction stadium circulated using my design. I asked Karma to pull the fictional things off my stadium or to quit using my stadium period. I would also like my name removed from this thread as a willing participant. I thought I would be nice and let Karma update the stadium, I guess I was wrong, because he has ruined it and taken his wn liberties with my creation. I ask that if this stadium is released, that it be done with out the use of my files, and if it is I would like it pulled from the downloads. I don't mind if it is released with the correct additions just leave out the bull. I am sorry to be a jerk, but this is my creation and it is being ruined, by imaturity. Porn can be accessed by those who please anywhere on the web, I do not want it my mods and or anywhere near them. This is a game for kids, it is rated E for everyone, and the image on page one of this thread should also be removed because it depicts my stadium in poor taste with images of pornagraphic women. KARMASWEET Posted April 26, 2005 Author Share Posted April 26, 2005 whoa. i just got to this site and saw what happened here. i am not one of the troublemakers/instigators here. the last thing id ever do is disrepect/besmirch anyone here. this is not my site and when i join a site i follow the rules. i joined this site because i like mvp2005 and how you can change things in it to make it better. occasionally i participate in the forums. my last forum topic i started was about instituting the hold stat, not starting some petty war. i conduct myself well here and respect the mods and contributors. as for pirate i was his biggest fan. when he 'retired' i made a hall of fame plaque for him that was well received and called trues to make a hall of fame section to honor people like pirate, kcccitystar, etc. in that theme i made a mods hall of fame idea thread that some liked and some didnt and it was locked up. when i set out to do a remix of pirate's cell it was meant as a tribute, not to besmirch his name or steal his ideas. i had no idea it would turn out like this. the notion of making a baseball mod with nudity perversion going on or" images of pornographic women" is just retarded and just asinine. what you were seeing was a stylized promo pic with a woman in the sox cap. she is not featured in the mod. the next harmeless pic was a one of a reporter giving the status of the mod followed by a pic with a new idea the bill veeck shower deck. there was no nudity or pornogrpahy in the pic!! just people in the pool area. i am graphic designer and i see things in terms of presentation and style fonts. color scheme, etc. i was trying to this in a hip innovative way to make it interesting. i understand someone is now trying to make me a pervert. i am an adult and i forget that there are kids here. in that sense the woman in the sox cap may "shocking" but pales in comparison to anything in "the official chick thread." i realize that logic is not always consistent here and that i may be banned/besmirched for any misperception, no matter how senseless. i am just a fan of chicago white sox and the stadiums they play in. you call it 'naked lady shower area'. this is not porky's. this is a reference to the late bill veeck who instituted the the shower in old comiskey park in the 70s. i was simply excited about how well the white sox are doing this year and making new friends with the few whitesox fans on the site. Man that is just very unfortunate. I was looking forward to this mod, never thought the girl would be in the mod, and all the other "pornography" which I didnt see in the first place. I was very surprised by Pirate's post, as much as I repsect him. But I do think there is a great misunderstanding here :cry: Too bad, seems to happen a lot, and whats really sad is that some mods won't get finished or started b/c of it. Karma told me he would fix up and add the real things in that I could not get to. I totally support that part of his work, but not adding a fictional "Shower Deck" and plastering half nude (and yes pornographic) women on the site. Stick to reality and it's all OK.
