No....not necessarily. MVP 16 came from MVPCaribe, not here. I'm pretty sure they don't always use the official ID's for the cyberfaces. So it may work, but you may get mismatched faces. -

NOTE: THIS IS AN MLB ONLY ROSTER! This is NOT an opening day roster set, as indicated in the announcement thread. This is a start of the season roster. This means that most every team will include players on the short DL stints. That being said there can be oversights. Also, I'm sure not every line-up is picture perfect. Adjust the line-ups to your liking, especially for inter-league play. Tweaks that were included in the pre-season roster are here. A few players (fielders and pitchers) were tweaked additionally. Primary additions for this roster are rookies who had very limited or no MLB action last year. Pitchers who had no experience will have fairly generic pitching profiles until some data comes in. Sidearm type pitchers were better identified. If you find any mistakes (batting stances, pitching styles, jersey numbers, etc.), please PM me and I'll include the fixes, if warranted, in the next update. Since "placeholder" players were put in to fill the empty slots, these rosters can be used with injuries and suspensions on without crashing. If you want to use these rosters to create another version, just ask (as someone already has in reference to a standard only roster). **If you're going to give feedback, please make it intelligent. Jeremy Hazelbaker needs an official cyberface ID no. Josh Rutledge needs an official cyberface ID no. Tommy La Stella needs an official cyberface ID no.

Portraits are portraits... shouldn't cause crashes like cybers. With portraits you could conceivably set the same portrait for everyone and it not crash. I think you have something else going on.

Well first off....coming on here and on your first post making it seem like it's this site's problem that there are no answers to Windows 10 compatibility with MVP is a bad way to start your tenure. If anything contact M$ and ask them why they released an OS that's not compatible with older games in some cases. Good luck with getting through to somewhere there on that. Secondly, if you're coming on here and talking about cracks for the game, you're breaking the TOS and risk getting banned and then have no where to go to discuss support for this game, other than MVP Caribe. So you could then take your 2 years of basic Spanish and then head to that site for assistance. So good luck with that too. Thirdly, there are answers throughout this thread, it's just that you don't like the answers. Sometimes with computers.... and you may want to be sitting down for this next part ..... there are absolutely no solutions after a certain point in time because the technologies just don't match up and you need to do an alternate answer or a work around.

Are you asking me or telling me I can use that? If you're asking me, yes, those are the editing guidelines. If you're telling me, then you're telling me to use the guidelines that I uploaded. Those are my guidelines. I know and have used fangraphs. But like I've mentioned, this is an MLB roster only.... I'm not creating players unless they enter (and stay, for the most part) at the MLB level. You're welcome to create your own players as is anyone else.
