  1. 7 out of 10, 287 seconds. Lesson of the day: don't sneeze while playing this game.
  2. I heard that rant but what’s that going to do? The guy was wasting his breath. It’ going to take a calm voice to make changes on this team who is just going through the motions. Calm I mean by GM and above. Steinbrenner needs to quietly fire Cashman and Boone. If not, whatever. I am not talking about having MLB tv anymore. I’m talking about not following them on a daily basis. It will do you a world of good.
  3. Ah well. Boone did it again, right? I didn’t watch the game because I promised myself that I am not going to go nuts this year over that team. There’s other things to do that is so much less stressful on me. Sure Boone screwed it up. Did you expect any less? I dislike analytics as much as I do Boone, Cashman and Stanton. And to add salt to the wound, Jonathan Loaisiga will be having elbow surgery and won’t be back until late this year, if at all. Read about it right here.
  4. That had to be it. No, not really. I've been slowing up lately to make sure I got them right but not even that has helped. Like today: 2 out of 10, 160 seconds.
  5. 8 out of 10, 230 seconds. Missed the last two! Here are the final April standings 1. Yankee4Life (88 points, 10 wins) 2. Fiebre (80 points, 12 wins) 3. laroquece (74 points, 5 wins) 4. Muller_11 (55 points, 3 wins) Now I am kind of confused about one thing here. Fiebre won 12 days and I only won 10. Yet I won?
  6. Wait and hold on for a second. Right now tell me what they did in the off season? Re-sign Judge and get Rondon. And THAT was supposed to get them over the top and beat Houston? Yeah, ok. Tell me another. The only thing that has changed over the last few years is players on the team. One slug gone, another takes his place. I don’t give a damn anymore. No one is accountable because Boone is afraid to get in the millionaire’s faces because they might get mad. What would Billy Martin had done if Stanton loafed into second base if he was manager? It’s a country club in the Bronx and just take a glance at how many are on the disabled list. And none of them care. It’s too cold to play right now. Boone will look the other way. I may sound upset but I’m not. I haven’t been upset since game four of last year’s Houston series. Nothing has improved for the better and I don’t care anymore.
  7. I don't know what I can say about Hicks. Boone supports him of course because he's afraid of getting anyone mad.
  8. 10 out of 10, 70 seconds. A good way to end the month.
  9. 6 out of 10, 189 seconds. This was a tough one.
  10. 10 out of 10, 59 seconds. With these questions everyone should get 10 right.
  11. It was after that slide he had on Tuesday. At least he tried to play. I will give him that much. He’s not like Stanton who gets hurt loafing into second base or Rodon who seems to be allergic to being on the active list or Severino who thinks of new ways to get injured.
  12. 4 out of 10, 218 seconds. Let's move on.🙁
  13. They are no longer a punching bag because the Yankees are not hitting. Why? I don’t know. What I do know is that the only thing the Yankees did in the off season was re-sign Judge (like they had a choice) and bring in Carlos Rodon, who I am assuming is a good pitcher although he has managed to avoid the pitching mound since he put on pinstripes. Other than some minor moves that will prove to be nothing that is that. They would help themselves a lot by getting rid of Donaldson and Hicks. They act like they are strapped for cash. I have a feeling if Tampa Bay or Oakland had those two stiffs they’d dump them but not the Yankees. Maybe one of them will go on a 3 for 40 tear and prove everyone wrong. No need to get upset. It’s how it is.
  14. 7 out of 10, 92 seconds. Ok, that's better.
  15. 2 out of 10, 152 seconds. Intermediate questions get me every time.
  16. It is very early to jump ship since it is only the last week in April although I do admit the hitting has been pretty bad. This is the first I heard about Trivino. Wonderful, another injury. I won’t give up on Brito. Hey, he’s out there which is more than Lazy Luis and Rondon can say. They need to remain close. I would panic if they had Oakland’s record but the Yankees are still able to remain competitive.
  17. You can say all the right things that their top pitchers are not back as of yet but then again can you? Severino is someone that makes his living by being on the disabled list and Rodon, well who knows? He's probably only thrown four innings as a Yankee. At least it is happening now instead of September.
  18. 8 out of 10, 236 seconds. This is what happens when you drop something. 😀
  19. The Yankees record really is not that bad.
  20. 10 out of 10, 129 seconds. Big deal. With the questions we had today everyone will do good.
  21. 3 out of 10, 197 seconds. Time to regroup.
  22. Sure as hell looks like it. We'll know for sure when he is ready to come off of the disabled list and then just like that comes up with another injury. I'm not really sure. And it stopped being baseball a long time ago when you can't touch the catcher or slide into second to break up a double play.
  23. 10 out of 10, 172 seconds. These questions were handed to you today.
  24. Guess who got hurt again? Jameson Taillon. He is on the fifteen day disabled list with a left groin strain. Thank God he is not our problem.
  25. 4 out of 10, 154 seconds. It was supposed to be easy questions today. They lied.
