Pirate Posted July 22, 2005 Share Posted July 22, 2005 I am going over some of my stadiums and retouching them. I started with Jacob's Field. I fixed the ads on the wall removing the Office Max Ad and melding them with wall better, they are no longer a couple inches off the wall... It looks a lot better. I need help though I need a good shot of the new Batter's Eye Bar so I can replace the Market Pavillion with it. After the Jake I will progress onto the Cell yes, US Cellular Field... After that if I can get the pictures I will tackle Network Associates Field or whatever Oakland Coliseum is now... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The scoreboard with new ads (Ford and CubCadet) and the pennants removed and the tarp on the parking garage added... The Right field wall with new version of the old ads and the Office Max ad removed and Finally redone Dugouts!! If I can get a couple good shots of the Batters Eye Bar that would be cool, i live really far away now. Otherwise I will just leave the stadium as is without it. Pirate, your work is outstanding and I am looking forward to your new versions, esp. US Cellular. and Netw. Assoc. Again, I know it's just wishful thinking, but if there's any chance the USCell roof could be fixed that would be fabullous. Also, if the FUNdamentals part could be made completely accurate with the brick pillars in front supporting the platform that would be phenomenal. If those can't be done, oh well- your current rendition is awesome. As for Network Assoc., if I am not mistaken it is one of only two current stadiums yet to be modded and made available at all, the other being Miller Park. I've only seen Day Only versions for Shea, Turner and Rogers Centre (Skydome). Beyond that the only two other stadiums I haven't installed yet are Oriole Park (BigO's crashed my game) and Angel Stadium (I would prefer a non-protest version if there was one). I have been there twice in the past few weeks, actually taking some pictures, which I normally don't do. Kinda works out for this I guess. I obviously didn't know that anyone was going to touch up the Cell, so I didn't take as many pictures as I could have nor are they closeups of the ads. I do, however, have some pictures which include a few new ads, the roof, and a few of the fundamentals deck. I'm not sure what is possible to change or what you were to try to touch up. But if need be, I'll upload them to a host site if you think you may want to use them or even take a peek at them. I thought Poisonmaddux did Turner? yeah the part on the right next to the sherwin williams and key bank ads is slanted a bit. with the lineup of the players. and poisonmaddux hasn't been heard from since around the time he finished the day version last time I checked. The Pioneer ads say "sound. vision. soul" at the bottom if you can't read them from my pictures. Some other changes I saw (there may be more?)... What was a Suiza ad in the lower left corner of the CF scoreboard above the clock is now a Chicago Sun Times ad... sorry I don't have a better picture of the smaller print of the ad. Maybe someone else knows what it says? What was a Miller Lite ad that spanned beneath the jumbotron in CF is now a Motorola ad... found a picutre on webshots that I added to my album There is an XM ad in front of the White Sox bullpen on the LF wall, which I thought wasn't in your current version. And if you're a perfectionist... the Chevy ad in RF should say "Cobalt" instead of "Colbalt." Not a big deal to me personally. If you decide to touch up the fundamentals deck, I can give you some more detail on it and its ads if you can't make it out from the pictures. Thanks in advance if you take any of this on. I will try to make some images for them to the best of my memory - Centerfield distance marker is a green just a few shades lighter than the wall, the rest are white - Behind the plate ad is on the other side of the behind the plate doors - On the tarps there are 3 Indians.com logos - In the dugouts where you have the Indians logo is actually a Jacobs Field logo, otherwise it is right - The tilt of the ads on the scoreboard that others have noticed I am also going to update baseline scoreboards with some changes I noticed Tell me when you want this mod complete so I can know when to do these images Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
