He seemed to come through at times when I needed him most. Hopefully it pans out though, Bowen may prove to be more productive. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. But the clubhouse is alot quieter. :smile: Sorry to hear that, M. Hill is 0-5 in the two games that he's played for me, but you know it's early. Isn't this what makes it fun though? Trying to develop your players (paying special attention at the plate while they're hitting, fielding, etc.), is what makes the season worth it. To me, the strategy is one of the best parts of the game. I realize you play the same way, so I understand controversy all too well. Anyway, here's Burke's attributes. He's actually born in 1988, but the game would only let me go up to '87. No big deal though. I left most of his attributes at default (hitting, fielding, so on..), since he's basically unknown, and a youngster at that. As far as productivity, I'm curious to see how he fares from here on out. I'll be watching him. Some people are able to see things a little different from the 'outside' sometimes. As you can see, this lineup (due to injuries and suspensions lol) is pretty weak. I'm open to any and all suggestions. Two bad throws that cost me two runs, and the game. With that said, I still like the fact that it's reasonably realistic. Too bad though, Rob Bowen went 0-4 in his first game as a Cubbie. I checked his numbers for the series: He went 1-12 (HR) in the series. I threw one pitch high and tight, and he blasted it. The Mets have pulled 2 games ahead of me in the Wild Card Race (42-30) No time to panic yet, but at this point every game becomes important if I'm going to stay in this thing.
