High school football has become a big thing these days and I want to hear about what yall have to say about your team, whether you are a current student, player, or alumni. However, you can go to your "home school", the school you would've gone to if you had not entered the lottery, to do sports separately from my school, but just a few people do that, and no one - maybe two people a year - go for football in their home school. My school is called Elder HIgh School, we beat Independence from N.C. It was in a Kirk Heirbstriet* Ohio v.s the USA. Since our defense could not stop crap, we decided to go for two in the last half of the 1st overtime. Of course we run an option to the left (our team runs the triple) and make it in, but it was ridiculously close. unfortunately, the ref was half blind and did not call it. i was in playing offensive tackle the whole game and i stood waiting for the ref to call td, but he never did. I WAS PISSED... also, our band is retarded. they play music when we are on offense instead of when the other team is on offense. wtf i cant hear the play!!! I was part of the senior class last year that beat a No. 2 team in state, but lost to the state champs in playoffs. I thought that the team this year would be depleted. Funny thing is , they actually started winning after I graduated in '03. Because of this I don't have much interest in high school football.
