These faces would be nice, because they can be used for multiple mod purposes as well. I looked into Red Sox AAA player Jeter Downs, it seems all his photos have a huge smile. Perhaps work on rosters? I'm a retired guy with lots of time, but I need someone to coach me a little what to do. I don't know if you have time for that. Dirtdog Posted November 8, 2022 Share Posted November 8, 2022 (edited) I was picking thru the rosters for the qualifying teams looking for some faces to do of players with good photos to work with. One thing i noticed, is man Marco you have done a great job already creating so many of the lesser-known players who will be competing in the WBC with all your cyberface packs you have released the past couple of years. Excellent stuff! I will find a few players to do, but great job man! This is the perfect mod for this winter/early spring before the 2023 MLB season begins. I hope other modders get on board; so, this can get completed. Like i said, so many faces and player audios are already available, this mod could be done accurately, thoroughly and look great. Excellent idea! Going through the teams involved got me really excited about this mod. (Check out the pool and schedule i attached) Like i said i am in! This is one of beauties of MVP Baseball 2005, the ability to create other conversion mods, other leagues from around the world or any classic season you like. Looking for a mod to contribute too? Thanks There are some players confirmed for the WBC 2023 but the complete rosters are not. Ronald Bolaños does not have a face created and if he will be in the Cuban Independent team (MLB). Well done What i need is a list of empty face ID# slots that you have allotted to be used for this mod Most are full, and i am not sure which faces are being used for WBC 2023 or which ones can be copied over? I found these 3 and have used them. 130 412 582 But not many more are open. So let me know what face ID's can be used Next, If WBC 2023 is to be a total conversion, i think the audio has to be attended too. A complete list of who has accurate audio has to be created and the rest of the player audios have to be deleted. I think starting from scratch with a clean and blank pnamedat.big. pnamehdr.big etc is the way to go, and then adding in as much player audio for all 20 teams as can be found and a few new ones created. I know this is time consuming, but in my opinion necessary if this is to be considered a total conversion. One thing i did notice why testing faces and playing WBC 2021, is just how many players are being called by their wrong names. Any new official face ID assigned since 2021 to a player for MVP 2022/2023, will be able to be used as a face ID for this mod because the models.big file originated from 2021. Do i have that correct? I guess i can give the player audio a go, i do have experience adding and especially finding, players who needs audio and who can be deleted from my works with TC93 mod. Like i said this is time consuming; but probably could be done. I would just need your current WBC 2023 roster with the expected players for all 20 teams so i can start to compile a list of players to look for.
