Post any links related to basic baseball in this thread.

First up, The Tiverton Baseball Playbook.

No, I don't have a clue what it is, either. :lol:

It's mainly about coaching youth baseball, and is pretty large. Has some good information. Looks like a very good starting point for young players. Has sections on how to deal with defeat, drills, pitch counts and how to pitch with regard to them, playing your position...lots of stuff.

www.thebaseballcube.com - complete stats for minor leaguers / college prospects. interesting stuff.

www.deadspin.com - off the wall, outside the lines news on all sports

Does anyone know where one can find this playbook?

The link no longer works, and my printed version has become unreadable.

Would love it if someone knows where it moved to or has a softcopy of it !
