Just copy the datafile.txt file into the data folder. There is no need to touch any of the .big files. When the game runs, it uses the settings in the datafile.txt file rather than the default settings in one of the .big files.

If you don’t like it, try creating your own mod! You’ve obviously never undertaken a project like this. If you had, you would understand how time consuming it is and how more important things in life can take higher priority. Instead, you complain and act entitled because a mod that someone is creating in their spare time as a hobby, at no cost to you, is not available when you want it.
