ratings generator

Recommended Posts

Their are two others, one generates all the stats from a complete cap for hitters and pitchers. The other one is like the one posted but it takes in to account for 4 seasons to generate the ratings

The one posted is the only one I still have, if uses 4 different formulas and averages them

If SwinginSoriano wants to share his formulas I will make one or it too

Don't know how this gets turned into a generator, but here are the formulas in a nutshell. Obviously a semi-old file that has been updated and rewrote a few times, so excuse some of the outdated references in there. I don't not even follow my own formulas tit-for-tat, but rather use them as a guide to help making ratings consistent, as that was a problem for the first two incarnations of my roster.

No matter how you do it, your rosters are a hit.
