lee you Posted June 21, 2012 Share Posted June 21, 2012 hi everyone now just saw gyroball in MLB THE SHOW and i want to add gyro-ball so changing screwball into gyro-ball i edit 2 LOC files (IGENG.LOC and FEENG.LOC) by WINHEX find all WORDS (SCREWBALL, SCR , SCRE, SC ) carefully and change into gyro-ball, GYR, GYRO, GY ye!! almost done -see below pics but as you can see from second pics pitch selector (SCR) still not change!! anybody know how to change it and if possible also want screwball audio data change into gyro-ball -i know it,s very hard. rroy0824 Posted June 21, 2012 Share Posted June 21, 2012 I think the problem is that the SCR on the pitch selector isn't part of the LOC files. I think it's part of the overlay. Which means you have to find to image in the overlay file. I think that's the problem. It's honestly been so long since I've looked at the game. Just checked this site today and thought maybe I could help. You're right. This guy did everything right to edit the game to display the Gyroball but he still has to edit the overlay. dennisjames71 Posted June 21, 2012 Share Posted June 21, 2012 Hmmmm...not sure why you'd want to throw one of these delicious sandwiches instead of a baseball; but to each his own. Anyway, here's a changed igonly file which contains the graphics for the pitch selector. Since it looks like you are using the stock MVP 08 pitch selector...that is the one I modded.
