Hehe....nope. Some people forget how old of a game it is with the mods. I think joy2key was created for those earlier keyboard/mouse only games. Works well, but keep in mind that it doesn't "snap" to a choice like it would on a console.
You have to use Team Changer to change teams (see downloads section; tywiggins tools); There is no joystick support in the menus, but you can use joy2key to emulate keyboard commands to your joystick.
You probably mean MVP 15 as there is no 16. There is a thread already for MVP 15, so no need to start another. TiT function doesn't seem to have anything to do with a total conversion mod as much as your OS.
If you read through the thread, there really is no next step. Globally, there is no complete fix for W10 users. A guy above claimed when he installed a file / patch for Links 03 it helped his MVP game, but no one else has confirmed that.
Hehe... that would be the old fool and his money are soon parted adage.
Gonna do one last one as I don't think too many guys are into this. CLE/BAL today. Inserting the regular catchers back into the lineups but I'm sure it's not 100% accurate starting orders.
Please don't tell me to relax....it's the internet and no one knows another person's mood when they're writing something on here. People just mention their thoughts in the moment. But one dude shouldn't say to another dude to relax (it's a bit of an unwritten rule). I wasn't worked up..... it was an opinion and an observation.
Not really sure why this is so cool. I mean this is easily accomplished in MVP. Besides....not so sure this should be applauded as this was because of the Balt. riots thanks in part to their idiotic mayor who called for unrest if I'm not mistaken.
BigPapa... if you make a game image of your disk, then you can load it via Daemon Tools Lite. Totally legal and Daemon if free.
Ya, just don't carry on a conversation here with yourself. Edit your original post and then someone will answer if they know it.
Well, it's certainly next to impossible to have the stats play out as well, but if outcomes are close, that's usually pretty incredible.
Here's the Mets/Nats one from today:

Wasn't sure where else to put this and not sure how long it will last. Simming PC v PC games and seeing how they match up to real life contests can be fun. Yesterday I happened to nail the score between the Phils & Tigers (3:1). Y4L requested the TOR/NYY game today. The outcome was an extra innings win by TOR, 5-3. Strikeouts are a bit high despite lowering stamina for pitchers and upping contact a bit for hitters as an experiment.
I'm gonna try the NYM/WAS game that was already played today for shits and giggles.

As far as compatibility, we have an entire thread talking about W10. It's not the greatest news it seems. My 2c is partition your HDD or buy a 2nd one and install Win XP on it to run MVP (and TW 08 Golf for that matter).
I don't think things that are coded into past versions are importable to other game versions. You'll just have to make due.
Other than some portraits that are showing up stretched, here is what I found for current MLB rosters (if I'm mistaken about some of these, sorry about that):
