TheNemesis Posted June 4, 2006 Share Posted June 4, 2006 Great work as usual Hory. 2 quick questions though: 1) after I installed TA 0.61 this afternoon, I seem to have lost a lot of the crowd noise. They cheer and boo and stuff, but it doesn't last, so I get lots of "dead air" moments where it sounds like the entire stadium is empty. Would that have to do with Total Audio, or is it just a coincidence (I haven't installed any other mods for at least a week, and all my games in between the last mod installed and this one were fine) 2) I know I've asked before, and I don't want to seem like a pest or anything, but is there any hope for being able to splice a soft "c" into Gustavo Chacin's last name to get rid of the "Cha-keen" pronounciation? I don't know if you've tried and found it too awkward or what. Again, sorry to bring it up if you've tinkered with it, but after hearing my local sports anchor routinely murder his name by saying "sha-sheen" I've become a little over-sensitive to that pronounciation. I looked & noticed there is a "cin" & there is a "co" in the game. If you know how to edit the files to combine them properly to make your name, you can do that. Hory Posted July 21, 2006 Author Share Posted July 21, 2006 Another update for Total Audio has been posted - 0.7 This version includes new audio for over 110 players including Justin Verlander, Kevin Youkilis, Matt Kemp, Todd Coffey, Jon Papelbon, Adam Stern, Jon Lester, Howie Kendrick and Matt Cain. Also included is correctly pronounced audio for Gustavo Chacin. The Youkilis audio still sounds a bit weird to me so I might take it out of future versions if a lot of users don't like it. Frogreaders Posted July 22, 2006 Share Posted July 22, 2006 My game crashed after I had installed Total Audio 0.7 ...I was playing my yankees dynasty yesterday... when Randy Johnson warmup screen is shown (1 inning), the sound "Ran" repeats for long and the game froze... I thought Youkilis was in the original EA version. I remember his name being spoken before I installed any audio mods. I could be wrong though. Anyways GREAT WORK!
