Also, the font...i'm guessing it's visitor, but with any font that's a bitmap font, you have to use it at a certain size (10pt for visitor) without Anti-Aliasing and without Hinting for it to look any good. It seems like all the userbars I've seen lately have blurry text, and this is the reason why.
