how much did you pay for your copy of MVP?

1st copy: $24.95 (pre-ordered from EA before it came out in 2005)

2nd copy: $0 (another Total Classics team member had an extra copy and asked me if I wanted it). :)

I still have both copies - one that I use when I play, the other that stays with the laptop I use for modding.

$25-30 when it first came out, At Best Buy. I also got one for PS2 for my birthday a couple years ago, and I was going to sell it on eBay, but never got around to it, and I'm glad I didn't due to the price boom over the past few years.

i stole it from kg when he wasn't looking. i replaced his cd with horse pornography, and he hasn't said anything so he either didn't mind or hasn't noticed. i also found another copy down at gamestop. i was gonna buy a new copy for $35, but the clerk asked if i wanted a used one for $9, so i said sure. looking back, i should've bought both.

lol @ homer.

teb you practically stole the game at that price.

This game is so good I would have paid 150.00 when it first came out.

I got them at the Game Stop. The boxes were taped together. I asked the clerk if they were $19.99 apiece. He told me $19.99 for both. There was no way I was turning that down.

one for ps2 when it first came out ( i think around 50). another when i got my xbox 2 years ago (19.99) and yet another like a year after it was released. this one was for pc and i got it at circuit city for 19.99

anybody that pays $100 for this game is crazy, EA & MLB have already received every dime they are going to from this game. Why should some pick on eBay get 100 bucks?

Don't get me wrong when EA was still selling the game I was very PRO retail about it, I even tried to make it so my installers would not work on none retail versions
