TOTAL CLASSICS 3.0 will be released no later than this friday guaranteed. includes 92 jays and all the work people have done so far. When I run the T3 install, I highlight the data directory, it starts to install, filling about 1/4 of the bar on the left and then I get a runtime error'75.' Please help me out. I hadn't played in a few months (I've been busy playing Call of Duty and Medal of Honor), but I played a quick game the other night, '78 Yankees vs. '78 Padres (Catfish Hunter vs. Randy Jones). The Yanks won 1-0, and I was reminded how much I enjoy this game. I have a question for you: In the models / uniforms files, I know that you added uniforms for all the classic teams. Did you also update the uniforms for the regular MLB teams? If so, whose uniforms did you use? fuzzone Posted November 24, 2004 Author Share Posted November 24, 2004 yeah, mostly 95 percent of all uniforms released are in models.big and uniforms.big for example in MLB, the yankees have a wide variety of unis including umachines unis. you'll find a lot of umachine unis in the big files. IT's an archive file like ZIP. u have to extract the rar. ill help u if u need more help, after u've done that so far. hint:sav file is included in the rar as an alternative method of using sav files. I had the same thing happen. I got it installed using the manual option, but the game is now crashing when it goes into starting a game. Let me mess with the stuff on my end and I'll let you know if I figure it out. It looks like a very cool mod! Bowditch Posted November 27, 2004 Share Posted November 27, 2004 Thanks! When I ran the installer, I kept getting the runtime error and a message that the "requested file is in use." I did the manual method and everything seemed to install fine. I copied the files across and used the EA Image Editor to change the portraits. When I went to run the game however, the game would crash. It would crash after I went into the play now and exhibition modes. It would allow me through all of the selection screens. I could choose the teams, the uniforms, the levels (rookie, pro,etc), and the stadium. As soon as I had chosen it and the game went to start the selected game, the program returns me to my desktop. I did the manual method in reverse and reinstall the original game files (and the old portraits), and the game worked fine (but didn't have your mod). I'm still messing around with it. Today I'll try to reload the mod on a pristine copy (one with no other mods on it). If it works, I'll let you know! Thanks to you and your team for what is obviously a whole ton of work on this mod! I have used a lot of your other mods and this is the only one that's giving me fits. I also may try just loading the teams individually from single mods.
