i'm trying to really get the gist of what happened here, was it someone primarily from the MLB2K community that got outraged? I'm not really surprised at that. Real talk, the MLB2K community has always been second fiddle at MVPMods. I've accepted this a long, long time ago when I started modding MLB2K12, and in no way does it make the community inferior. Some people are fans of one game, and some are fans of the other game. Modding for both games, I'm just really glad we got a mention. Hell, the fact that Brent Nielsen (the MVP 2005 director) even spoke about us in general acknowledgement brought a smile to my face. Do you even know how many times this site, let alone this community has gotten mention in any blog or website? I swear to you in the past 12 years that this site has existed (shoutout to the original MVPMods), I could only count it on one damn hand.

I have most of the frontend art done but I will need the next couple of days to really put a bow on it, me fighting a cold and dealing with nonsense at work isn't helping but I'm a clutch player

I can't believe there was actual backlash in regards to the article about the site. We don't deserve any of the recognition or the accolades, jesus christ

HH2003 is better than both of the games we are currently supporting. Where's the outrage about that?

I run the game on Windows 8 with no issues. What I did was enable vsync in the game and through my nvidia graphics panel. The game by default locks to 60FPS, although you might have to change your monitors refresh rate to 60hz to have vsync work properly.

Force v-sync, not just enable it in the game's options

Due to the file size limit, I split the mod into two parts, so be sure to have both! Credit to GRMRPR for his 2015 release. The other 9 .ASF files will go into your EA Sports/MVP Baseball 2005/data/audio/cd/music directory. BACK UP YOUR EXISTING FILES AS THIS WILL REPLACE THEM. After you overwrite all of the ASF files and the .LOC file, you can fire up MVP Baseball again, but this time to an all new soundtrack. Enjoy the new sounds, as they are an eclectic mix of tunes that I'm sure you'll love. Here's to an epic season. PLAY BALL!

You remember those "It's in the game" videos? Well MLB's #THIS campaign for the season could replace those for MVP 2005. We havent had videos in a long time.
