As Scotty mentioned, there is no file for Rochester in the downloads. It shows your most recent work as the Biloxi Shuckers, but no uploaded file for those pesky Red Wings. Double clicking on the icon reveals the same error message.

Aceshigh makes a great point if you can't get the ModTool to work. Raidersbball20's most recent release of his portrait.iff file was March 5th, so you may want to use it until your other issue is resolved! -

Hey Tony! I personally did not play last years version, but those who did play it and commented on this site were not impressed with last years offering. Still, with this years version appearing on PC, it remains to be seen if they have listened to the gamers who offerred suggestions to improve gameplay. Some mentioned it played too much like arcade wonderland. I'm still interested in it, but will hold off buying until I hear some decent reviews. Right now, I love what the guys have done with MLB2K, so it's a keeper for me until further notice. Have a great weekend!
