Kumala 07 Datafile

Datafile for 07 install into your data folder Edits made: Batter contact and power values. Cut down on too much homers more realsitic amount. harder pitch meter changed fielder depths animations etc. I use pro for this datafile and get great results. I will post my sliders in the mod preview forum.

This mod contains two combo datafiles.

The file "trues_pared_spitoon_noReplay_outfldBack_infld_In_lowBat5_datafile.txt" contains the following modifications:

- Trues batting camera #4
- Trues change to remove batter walkup music
- Pareds Behind the Pitcher camera #6
- Spitoons walk fix (which reduces the size of the "sweet spot" in the pitching meter)
- Trues changes to remove foul ball replays
- Spitoons changes to move the outfielders back
- abhalls HH low batting view camera #5
- Spitoons changes to move the infielders in

For those who find Spitoons walk fix too challenging (i.e. it makes it too hard to pitch), I have also included the file "trues_pared_noReplay_outfldBack_infldIn_lowBat5_datafile.txt" which has all the above modifications EXCEPT for Spitoons walk fix.

Changes from combo datafile mod v1.0
---------------------------------------------

In this version of the mod, I have added Spitoons changes to move the infielders in to try to reduce the number of catches made in the outfield by the infielders.

Installation:
-------------

To install the datafile, extract the datafile you want to use, rename it to "datafile.txt" and then copy the file to your MVP2005 Baseballdata folder.

The specific changes to the datafiles are listed in the readme file.

Import the datafile.txt file into your datafile.big file using bigGUI (make up backup of whatever datafile you are currently using in case you don't like!) or copy the lines of code which I included in the "readme" file to your datafile.txt file.

Mike recommends setting the User Pitch Meter Difficulty Slider to 0. If you find the pitching too easy, you can make the slider more negative. If you find the pitching too dificult, you can make the slider more positive. Note that while my previous combo mod contained two datafiles (one with Spitoons Walk fix and one without), this version only includes one file. The reason for this is that SerialMike stated that his Walk and Strikeout fix only really functions properly if Spitoons Walk fix is included. Here is rods upgrade to his datafile, he sent me his file so I could add the batting cams. This download has several datafiles. his latest with runner pip and batter replays and one without. It also has my roddata modifications and my datafile mix with other alterations. have fun with either one and find one that fits your preference. thanks again to rod and those he mentions in his readme. enjoy. THis data is to address the problem with a lack of hr per game.

here is a datafile that contains, ksm batting cam, spitoons walkfix, trues batter 4 center view, trues aerial view, ksm broadcast, pared behind the pitch cam, and now rodata fixes for ball speed off bat and some other fixes. All credit goes to all mentioned above for they have provided the many changes and I am now able to compile into one mod. you will notice better ball physics, less line drives and more looping hits and pop ups, bloopers. this is to get us ready for rod mod for 2005. give it a shot and see the difference. again give it a shot.

Datafile final

Final adjustments, you guys will definitely see the difference in the ball speed. Has a more realistic feel to it.

All batting cams and pitch cams all credit goes to ksm, trues, spitoon walk fix;

My adjustments are ball speed off the bat, fielder and outfielder speeds. Also included is my sliders.

There are 6 combo datafiles in all using the original datafile of spitoons + trues while i added KSMs ESPN+FOX V2.5 cameras ESPN~2,3,4 FOX~1,2,4 i also made the spitoons walk fix less stressful as the green meter was too thin etc I take no credit except the adjustments i made enjoy

New Lower Batting Camera

This is a new, lower batting view for MVP 2005. The camera has been lowered (its now 27 in the datafile) and pulled back and zoomed a bit. It makes it a lot easier to read breaking balls and strikes and balls in general. Enjoy! :)
