  1. PM has been sent ;)
  2. Hang on to these for a bit. I may have something for you ;)
  3. No, they were not.
  4. I did have a few parks where I replaced a few things, but I never had the time to really finish any of them. I will look into seeing what I can re-color/what ads I can replace down the line.
  5. It works fine, although I am having problems installing Steam.....:|
  6. Windows 7 and above have different security measures that keeps people or programs from tinkering with the Program Files folder. The only way around this issue was to run every executable that would require you to mod MVP05 files within the Program Files folder as an Administrator. If necessary, you could run it in compatibility mode with Windows XP. If I can find my MVP 2005 discs, I'll test it out on my Windows 8 x64 rig and see if it all works like I'm assuming it would.
  7. There's a glitch with MLB Today that causes the game to freeze up since there are no more days in the season to be played, although my copy (PC version) keeps October 2nd as its final day. The problem really is a glitch in how the game syncs the MLB Today scheduling data. What you can try and do is: 1) Play with the console disconnected, set the PS3 date back to something like September 23, 2012 (where there was still baseball to be played) 2) Once the game loads up and the home screen has the "current" date of September 23rd, simply connect the console back online, log in under your PSN account and download the latest live roster. Once you download and save the latest live roster, it should boot you back to the home screen and begin syncing the MLB Today data. The last date should be October 2nd or something like that. You can then exit the game and load it up again. It's a complicated procedure, but seeing as I don't own the PS3 version I am only trying to mirror the steps taken for the PC version. I hope I was of some help Good luck!
  8. There is a fix. No utilities required. Search the forum for my workaround.
  9. ...I'm going to get this as a poster to have one of the worst calls in MLB history immortalized:
  10. try this, I'm not sure what the mapping is so I don't know what to include verdana.7z
  11. Not jersey fonts, I mean like the fonts used for in-game text. I'd love to totally overhaul that as part of a 2K13 mod since there is a utility that will generate bitmap fonts from true type fonts. If there is a way to extract the bitmap for fonts, this could mean the end of crappy HD fonts in this game Sock colors are defined via the textures in the uniform IFF files for that specific team.
  12. You mean the greyish black color? That can be fixed in a uniform update for all the CAT jerseys
  13. Is it possible to edit the FONT type though? Or is that in english.iff also

This mod contains about 30+ files that will replace every MLB/All-Star/Spring Training park. A majority if not all stadiums have been color corrected, and if applicable, cosmetically altered to reflect real life appearances. Lighting across all ballparks have been altered for night games as well as changes to the grass. Several modders spent a lot of work went into updating all 30 ballparks, so for everyone whose work is included in this update, a very special thank you. How to Install Simply extract all of the IFF files and place it in your MLB 2K12 directory. Your MLB 2K12 directory can be either in: OR That's all you need to do. Just start the game up, and enjoy!

  16. Is it possible to edit Roster.iff or is it strictly .ROS files only?
  17. Check this post: http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?showtopic=54547&#entry637415
  18. I'm pretty sure he'll provide documentation for things we can't find on our own when it finally releases
  19. EDIT: AS OF MARCH 1ST, 2013 THIS FIX DOES NOT WORK.
  20. Not really, there should be some way to decompile/recompile
  21. I made a thread with all of the IDs. Thanks man.
  22. Here are all of the player IDs for all the managers in the game. I am aware there are real life changes for several teams but I hope this helps all of the modders in some capacity. Enjoy Los Angeles Angels Mike Scioscia - 8016 Houston Astros Brad Mills - 8032 Oakland Athletics Bob Melvin - 9205 Toronto Blue Jays John Farrell - 8029 Atlanta Braves Fredi Gonzalez - 8011 Milwaukee Brewers Ron Roenicke - 8033 St. Louis Cardinals Mike Matheny - 9000 (shares ID) Chicago Cubs Dale Sveum - 9000 (shared ID) Arizona Diamondbacks Kirk Gibson - 8030 Los Angeles Dodgers Don Mattingly - 8002 San Francisco Giants Bruce Bochy - 8004 Cleveland Indians Manny Acta - 8013 Seattle Mariners Eric Wedge - 8018 Miami Marlins Ozzie Guillen - 8020 New York Mets Terry Collins - 8014 Washington Nationals Davey Johnson - 8024 (shared ID) Baltimore Orioles Buck Showalter - 8025 San Diego Padres Bud Black - 8003 Philadelphia Phillies Charlie Manuel - 8015 Pittsburgh Pirates Clint Hurdle - 8009 Texas Rangers Ron Washington - 8019 Tampa Bay Rays Joe Maddon - 8028 Boston Red Sox Bobby Valentine - 9000 (shared ID) Cincinnati Reds Dusty Baker - 8006 Colorado Rockies Jim Tracy - 8030 Kansas City Royals Ned Yost - 8023 Detroit Tigers Jim Leyland - 8022 Minnesota Twins Ron Gardenhire - 8024 Chicago White Sox Robin Ventura - 9000 (shared ID) New York Yankees Joe Girardi - 8027
  23. Great job, Vlad. I do have to ask, which value holds the face ID for the managers? I tried the Audio ID, nothing. The App ID isn't it either.
  24. Reset option reverts everything to default, so basically all your sliders, all your personal options, etc. will be back to stock settings, or to put it plainly, "back to how the game was first installed"
  25. Since MLB2K12 is just a port of the XBOX360 version of the game, some of the dialogue is exactly from the XBOX360 version.
