Not really, there should be some way to decompile/recompile
-
I made a thread with all of the IDs. Thanks man.
-
Here are all of the player IDs for all the managers in the game. I am aware there are real life changes for several teams but I hope this helps all of the modders in some capacity. Enjoy Los Angeles Angels Mike Scioscia - 8016 Houston Astros Brad Mills - 8032 Oakland Athletics Bob Melvin - 9205 Toronto Blue Jays John Farrell - 8029 Atlanta Braves Fredi Gonzalez - 8011 Milwaukee Brewers Ron Roenicke - 8033 St. Louis Cardinals Mike Matheny - 9000 (shares ID) Chicago Cubs Dale Sveum - 9000 (shared ID) Arizona Diamondbacks Kirk Gibson - 8030 Los Angeles Dodgers Don Mattingly - 8002 San Francisco Giants Bruce Bochy - 8004 Cleveland Indians Manny Acta - 8013 Seattle Mariners Eric Wedge - 8018 Miami Marlins Ozzie Guillen - 8020 New York Mets Terry Collins - 8014 Washington Nationals Davey Johnson - 8024 (shared ID) Baltimore Orioles Buck Showalter - 8025 San Diego Padres Bud Black - 8003 Philadelphia Phillies Charlie Manuel - 8015 Pittsburgh Pirates Clint Hurdle - 8009 Texas Rangers Ron Washington - 8019 Tampa Bay Rays Joe Maddon - 8028 Boston Red Sox Bobby Valentine - 9000 (shared ID) Cincinnati Reds Dusty Baker - 8006 Colorado Rockies Jim Tracy - 8030 Kansas City Royals Ned Yost - 8023 Detroit Tigers Jim Leyland - 8022 Minnesota Twins Ron Gardenhire - 8024 Chicago White Sox Robin Ventura - 9000 (shared ID) New York Yankees Joe Girardi - 8027

Great job, Vlad. I do have to ask, which value holds the face ID for the managers? I tried the Audio ID, nothing. The App ID isn't it either.

Reset option reverts everything to default, so basically all your sliders, all your personal options, etc. will be back to stock settings, or to put it plainly, "back to how the game was first installed"

Since MLB2K12 is just a port of the XBOX360 version of the game, some of the dialogue is exactly from the XBOX360 version.
-
I mean since I do a lot of visual stuff, and I hardly play season mode/my player mode, from least important to most important, I'd like to: Find the values where I can change the intensity/positioning of the sun during daylight games across all stadiums Edit the gamma values so what is black is an actual black color, which would most likely be in the global.iff file along with shader information Edit animations so that they are sequenced better/smoother (memories of High Heat and their "tune" files...) Edit all the in-game text, from dialogue boxes, headlines and everything in between. Theres more but they won't come to mind just yet, and I'm sure a lot of these will take a backseat to a lot of other work

It's a demanding graphic mod, nothing that affects gameplay. It is only designed for high-end video cards.

We have a lot of designers, not enough programmers, but we'll see My vote goes to a pitcher.

Happy Birthday Trues!
-
It's not possible, not yet at least.
-
Oh man, I'm so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy goes out to you, your friends and his family during this difficult time. RIP.
-
This is insanity. Any chance it would support imported stats from something like a spreadsheet? What I think would be cool is if there was some sort of algorithm that the game uses to translate imported seasonal stats from real life into player skill points.

Mlb 2K12 Startup Screen Freezing (Including A Workaround)
Kccitystar replied to wudl83's topic in Support
2K doesn't care about PC users, for the better part of the 2012 season MLB Today has not worked and neither has that Living Roster crap. Given that MLB2K12 is the first 2K Sports game I buy on PC (skipped out on PC baseball games after MVP), I wonder if this was a regular thing for 2K11 and the games before it. I should probably return to MVP :| -
Due to low revenue from google ads Trues is shifting towards a subscription model for the site
-
I'm trying to fix the bloom effect, but this mod is designed for high-end video cards, so a performance less than 60fps is expected
-
I cannot wait. Fantastic news!

I spend a lot of time trying to map things. I feel player faces would give me a massive headache especially with how much of a pain it is to try and find the right face/shape the right face. You never know ;)

Looks like a lot is riding on Vlad's editor

I use a PS3 controller thru MotionJoy set to XBOX360 controller emulation. Yes I'm aware that's a lot of words :|

Twnlove In Mlb 2K12 ( A.j.c.y Mod. Rlsd! In ..... Pg.15 O )
Kccitystar replied to twnlove's topic in Mod Previews
Found this while I was editing global.iff, I thought you might want to take a look at it twnlove, see what you can do with that...I think it has the face/hair/beard shapes for everyone in the game :) 187-face.zip -
Awesome job. Fantastic. I'll add this in a future update. While I don't have the power to run this mod at a full 60FPS, I know many people who benefit from it. I will most likely drop the FXAA version of the mod or leave that to MissionMaximus and keep the SMAA one, not sure ;)
-
Put a specific number (any number, color it pink if possible) on a location on the hat, save/import the DDS file then load that uni up in the game. Repeat until you find the right spot to put the patch. ;)
-
LOL this is an official game though, not a mod in any fashion.
-
I noticed that the video still uses umpire sounds from MVP 05
