2012 Marlins Stadium

If u have downloaded stadiums before then u will know that 2k did a very poor job on ads placement.I tried to get as close to the actual as i could.One bad part about the Marlins is 2k didnt give them alternating homeplate ads like the rest of the stadiums so those will be wrong except for the marlins tickets ad.Also
I didnt change the dugouts as they would not turn out right.Only half of the mod would work in game so i gave up

2016 Comerica Park

Welcome to Comerica Park, completely re-vamped to represent better, realistic lighting and contrast of color. My new focus for stadiums is to work with the lighting and contrast of textures in stadiums to "pop" without too much dulling or over contrasting to provide rich colors as well as proper brightness and dark, appropriate shadows. This is achieved by a number of things. I am excited to follow this trend with future releases. I am also excited to add with help from KC, the gorgeous, life-like grass represented at Comerica Park and hopefully future stadiums.
Whats new:

-Walls
-LED lights, lighting, HD grass and dirt tweaks done by kccitystar
-Brick and copper scheme now used behind home (Optional brickless version coming soon)

I am using this ENB in the screens:
*This ENB is great, but I noticed some performance issues (FPS drops on occasion) with higher resolutions above 1920x1080 as well as a "blur glitch" which shows on the jersey selection screen (easy fix caused by wonky depth of field settings). I plan to fix this soon, but does not really interfere with normal gameplay and runs beautifully at 1920x1080. FIXED!!!
Also, this park looks great without ENB!!! I specifically wanted to make the color schemes in these parks work well on any graphics setting - stock or ENB.
Installation:
Just extract the file and drag stadium_det.iff from the .zip archive and place it in your main MLB folder.

2016 Wrigley Field

Here's Wrigley Field, completely re-vamped to represent better, realistic lighting and contrast of color.
- Advertisements have been re-done in high resolution with better contrast and wrinkle textures
- Buildings surrounding the ballpark have been re-done in higher resolution along with improved lighting profiles for those buildings
- High resolution lighting profile for the ballpark to make night games pop
- Retextured grass, ivy and infield dirt
- Many more "little things" for more immersive gameplay
This stadium could not have been complete without the collaborative efforts of DaSteelerz, Kccitystar and picklebrad.
How to install:
Drag the stadium_chc.iff from the .zip file and place it in your MLB2K12 directory.
Replace the existing stadium when prompted.

2019 Great American Ball Park

Here is my rendition of my favorite stadium, Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati. Screenshots are from the NCAA Mod I am working on, though this is made for the 2k19 season. As I learn Blender, I plan on making a few more changes, such as the scoreboard in left. Here's what was changed:
-New ads
-New Marlins logo on Standings board
-Updated 150th anniversary marks throughout
-Updated on field logo
Works best with my 150th Anniversary uniforms.

2K12 American League Stadiums
My apologies for the large file sizes but I simply do not have the time to upload these one at a time. Anyway, this ZIP files includes all of the American League stadiums with ads replaced from last season's versions. The majority of ads were created and placed by keithj and I have created a handful of of ads as well as a few commemorative/anniversary signage for some of the stadiums. These probably will not be placed exactly how I have them as they will be in real life but I thought it added a nice touch for the overall look. These are intended as "hold me overs" until keithj will release his superior stadiums as the season moves along.
Simply copy the included stadium files into your main game folder. Backup your original stadium files if desired.

2K12 Marlins Ballpark
Here is my ad replacement for the new Marlins Ballpark stadium. I am sure they are not accurate becuase I have not seen a lot of current footage of the new stadium yet. I used the ads from my Marlins Field (CAS) Stadium I made for MVP Baseball and created some of the ads such as the Majestic/jersey ad. As you may know, I typically cannot stand generic ads in the stadiums so I am using this for right now.
Just copy the included .iff file into your main MLB 2k12 directory. This will replace the existing Marlins stadium.

MASSIVE improvement in the coloring and re-texturing of the stadium architecture done completely by KCCityStar and his endeavor of re-doing all of the 2K 12 stadium. The color of the buildings are photorealistic and pop out.
