Phillies Organization Updated Logos

Attached are the complete updated sets of logos for the Phillies' organization: Clearwater Threshers and Reading Phillies, as well as updated Ironpigs and Phillies. I didn't realize the Reading Phillies had adopted the 'Stars and Stripes' logo on a regular basis.

2012 Blue Jays Logos update

Don't know if anybody made this update recently, didn't search in MVPMODS database. Anyway here I share my version and if you like enjoy it.

For installation the EAgraph program is needed:
- Do not forget to backup first your existing logos.big file just in case
- Unpack the l013.fsh file in a known folder with WinRar
- Go to EA SPORTS/MVP baseball 2005/data/frontend/ to find the file logos.big and open it with EAgraph
- At the upper menu click on "Import Wizard", then mark the option "Add files to an external TAR archive"
- In the next window confirm "Add" and look for the l013.fsh file by searching the folder where it was previously unpacked.
- Mark it and click on next. The file will be automatically incorporated to the logos.big file, click finish and voila!!!

2012 Major League Schedule

Installation Instructions

1. Backup your original schedule.big file in Program Files/MVP Baseball 2005/data/database folder.

2. Copy the schedule.big file you just downloaded to your Program Files/MVP Baseball 2005/data/database folder.

3. Confirm replace.

4. The 2012 MLB Schedule should be loaded into MVP.

Additional Instructions
To change the year to 2012, rather than the default 2005, download tywiggins' Schedule Updater/Year Changer here: http://www.mlbmods.com/index.php/downloads/mvp-2005/mvp-tools/schedule-updater.

1. When you get to the team select screen, ALT-TAB out of MVP.

2. Load Schedule Updater.

3. Select option 1 and change the year to 2012, and choose if you want players' ages to change.

4. Select option 3, and choose "4" to set the schedule to start on March 28.

5. ALT-TAB back into MVP and continue as usual.

Like last year, there are instances of game times still being "TBA." I just estimated, hope that's OK.

BaseUp! Roster '12 LOC Files (Season Version)

Various cosmetic text changes, including Florida to Miami, using Marlins Park (the only thing unable to change is "FLA" in the boxscore; if anyone has discovered how to do this, let me know.) Various menu wording changed. You cannot seem to changed a "NONE" reaction with the Manger's reaction on mound visits.

This is a "season" mode version. You can presently use with your franchise by either changing your franchise save file in your "mydocuments" folder corresponding to your version of MVP to "xxxxxxxx Franchise.sav" to "xxxxxxxx Season.sav" or change the FEENG.LOC "season" back to "franchise" using LOCLOOK.

Ver 1.1: Contact and Power changed to CON and PWR; Roster Management exit screen shortened. Plate Discipline is now Patience both in roster management and in-game.

Veesmack's Compiled MVP Baseball Batting Stances wallpapers

Here are three images of all 66 batting stances in MVP Baseball 2005 in one convenient image
also included are all 5 MVP Baseball 2003 stances that only appear in that version. The seven default MVP stances (Generic, Bent, Crouched, Upright, Open, High and Closed) are modeled with players who have had default rosters having these stances in the MVP series. All other batting stances have the player modeled wearing a uniform of teams worn through their respective careers. Two "wallpapers" are right handed or left handed only. The last image includes all stances in the player's correct hitting side. For example, Brian Jordan bats right handed (the first image) in real life.

This is released in the hope that somebody making new rosters can reference theseimages without actually playing the game to actually see what the stances look like.The way I took the screenshot, the images are reversible for left and right handedbatters.

Note: For the sake of completion, batting stances from MVP Baseball 2003 areincluded. These five stances were removed from subsequent versions of MVP Baseball.These stances are Mo Vaughn, Knoblauch, Matt Williams, Bonds and Shinjo.

2011 Major League Schedule

This download updates the 2011 Major League Schedule. It does not affect minor league schedules.

Installation Instructions

For most users:
1. Backup your original schedule.big file in Program Files/MVP Baseball 2005/data/database folder.
2. Copy the schedule.big file you just downloaded to your Program Files/MVP Baseball 2005/data/database folder.
3. Confirm replace.
4. The 2011 MLB Schedule should be loaded into MVP.

For advanced users:
1. In bigGUI, open up the schedule.big file. It's usually in the C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\MVP Baseball 2005\data\database path.
2. Click Edit > Import.
3. Locate the mlb162_1.dat file you just downloaded and double-click it. Confirm replace of the old file.
4. It needs to be compressed. Highlight mlb162_1.dat, and click Edit > Compress.
5. Now, still in bigGUI, click File > Rebuild.
6. The 2011 MLB Schedule should be loaded into MVP.

Unlike last year, there are numerous games with times yet to be decided. (Last year, all games were decided well before I uploaded the schedule.)
I therefore had to guess game times for these games. I'll update the schedule at the end of the year, when they've been finalized.

MVP 11 Loading Screens (60)

Here is a complete set of 60 Loading Screens for any modern version of MVP Baseball. I used the vector logo I created for my MVP '11 Pitch Overlay, in these screens for an uncluttered look. I used a couple of Photoshop filters on all the photos to make them look 'gritty' or rough, just for a different look. All photos are from the 2010 season or after.

*Simply copy the contents of the ZIP file into your data/frontend folder. Back up your old loading screens if you don't like these.

Any of the guys hard at work on MVP Baseball 11 updates and anyone else is free to use these for anything they want. I just made these for one of my installs and thought I'd share 'em.

TC 1927 Integrated Graphic Add-on Pack

Here’s a graphics add-on pack for the TC 1927 Integrated Pack that Redeck and I released a couple weeks back. Just some new background screens that feature some of the star Negro League players in our Mod, a new Loading Screen with Lou Gehrig and Oscar Charleston, and some other graphic updates that you’ll notice throughout the game. Simply drop these 4 files into your /data/frontend folder and start the game.

Here are more 2011 logos added to my previous package upon grmrpr1313 information posted recently.

MLB teams were slightly modified (Washington Nationals l027.fsh and Baltimore Orioles l009.fsh) with a few images. In the case of Boston Red Sox the logos are still valids according to my own search, so it was not modified.

Regarding MiLB team the following were fully modified:

- Round Rock Express, AAA Div now affiliated to TEX (l054.fsh)
- New Hampshire Fisher Cats, AA Div affiliated to TOR (l064.fsh)
- Altoona Curve, AA Div affiliated to PIT (l069.fsh)
- Kinston Indians, A Div affiliated to CLE (l106.fsh)
- Fort Myers Miracle, A Div affiliated to MIN (l118.fsh)

For installation the EAgraph please follow instructions in Readme.txt file included in the package. And thanks to grmrpr1313 who provide the clue for starting the search and achieve this work

- Omaha Storm Chasers, AAA Div affiliated to KC (l049.fsh)
- Jackson Generals, AA Div affiliated to SEA (l078.fsh)

Intro Music for 1974 & 1978 TC Mods

Here is an updated intro/inning transition music pack for both the 1974 and 1978 TC Mods. I pulled this audio which is the old ABC Monday Night Baseball theme from the late 70s-early 80s and cleaned it up a little and boosted its volume. These files will replace the stock MVP Baseball 2005 intro music. This will not affect any of the Jukebox music since that is a different file.

Copy the included "bdcstdat" file into your /data/audio/cd/bdcst_mx folder. Backup your original bdcstdat file if you hate the Monday Night Baseball theme.

Here's a quick sample of how it will sound within the game...

Intro Music for 1969 TC Mod

Here's a cool late-60s music update for the Intro/Inning Transition themes of the Total Classics 1969 Mod. I used 2 different portions of a Jimi Hendrix guitar instrumental called "Trash Man". The intro music is one part and the inning transitions are another part.

This file will replace the stock MVP Baseball 2005 intro music. This will not affect any of the Jukebox music since that is a different file.

Copy the included "bdcstdat" file into your /data/audio/cd/bdcst_mx folder.

Here's a sample of how it will sound in the game:

Installation

Copy the datafile folder and the datafile.txt to your data folder that's located in the C:/Program Files/EA Sports/MVP Baseball 2005 directory.

Use the Pro Slider.txt to change the slider options in your game.

The datafile is heavily based off of Trues datafile.txt from earlier versions.

As always, remember to back up your original files
