  1. It's not 2K's fault. They just play by the percentages. I would assume for the 2011 season that the Indians hardly wore the blue sets at home compared to the other home alternate
  2. I tried increasing the dimensions of the sky textures in the game and it's messing things up for me. I wanted to jump from 2048x512 to 4096x1024, but the sky texture ends up being corrupt. If it matters, the offset for sky_cloudy.iff is 000004E0. I'm trying to increase the resolution from 00 08 00 02 to 00 10 00 04 which is twice the resolution. Looks like the game will not show an image of this size, sadly.
  3. List your specs and we can figure out exactly what it is that you need to do
  4. That's ridiculous. Just curious though, what benefits exist from manipulating the EXE file?
  5. So we have to wait for a no-cd crack in order for a mod to fully work? Seriously?
  6. AMAZING WORK. I can't wait for release
  7. I use the nvidia DDS plugin for Photoshop CS6. I've tried using texmod to export the grass lines as a DDS texture so I could just reimport everything in 3DM Mod Tool with no problem and it didn't work. Using texmod I also found a file that had information on stadium shadows, but I do think it's just auto generated from the stadium.iff file. You would have to hexedit that.
  8. BRO did it take you four years to make this sig? jk, it looks awesome
  9. It's been impossible to edit the grass patterns in the game. I spent most of last season in my downtime trying to remove the stupid sock design from Fenway Park's infield grass to no avail.
  10. Matt Harvey has a cyberface ID already in Wudl's roster so I switched it to that and it looks amazing. Great work ;)
  11. I'd love some manager/coach faces for sure :)
  12. just tinkering here with a "partly cloudy" texture...
  13. If it's the several brush sets I stumbled upon, OH BOY. I think we should team for a "Total Skies" project.

Here's an update to MLB2K12's AAA East Stadium. It's got a large amount of ads, but I made do with what I could I replaced the night game lighting, as well as a handful of ads and the colors of the outfield walls. To install, simply copy stadium_aaae.iff to your MLB2K12 directory. Your MLB 2K12 directory can be (if you have an x64 version of Windows) either in: Overwrite the existing stadium_aaae.iff and you should be set! Enjoy!

  20. I stumbled upon a ton of cloud textures. Shoot me a PM when you can ;)
  21. It took 440 days for 2K to release a patch for a community that has done a lot for MLB2K12. Shows just how much they care. Whatever. I think the EXE would work with any non-steam version, I don't think it has to be the DVD-ROM copy of the game. Try it out and see if it works.
  22. It'll update on its own. I also have the Steam version.
